Because our products are food items made for dogs, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at pearlnpaw@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. If there’s an issue on our end, we’ll make it right.
