At Pearl & Paw, every truffle is handmade in small batches with care. Because our treats are edible and crafted for freshness, we cannot accept returns once a product has left our facility.

 

That said, your satisfaction means everything to us. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or compromised in quality, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a store credit where appropriate.
